Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed the petitioner appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.19896 of 2020 order dated 25.01.2021 in Cr.No.1115 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SARANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19896 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 380(2) and 411 of IPC, in Crime No.1115 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 A.M. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. This petition is ordered.
