Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition, to issue a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondent to dispose of his complaint dated 19.05.2017, within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent as early as on 19.05.2017, the respondent has not passed any order so far.

Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondent submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner' s complaint, dated 19.05.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 19.05.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
