The Petitioner herein is the Tenant and the Respondent herein is the Landlord. The learned counsel for the Petitioner/Tenant has submitted that since the Petitioner/Tenant has vacated the premises in question, the matter has become infructuous and accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed, as infructuous. In view of the same, recording the said submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous. No costs.
