ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the violation and disobedience of the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ passed in Crl.O.P.No.28060 of 2017, dated 18.12.2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Rachana Singh, The Deputy Superintendent of Police, North Region, Mettupalayam, Pudhucherry/ respondent is personally present before this Court and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (pondicherry), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed on 03.03.2018.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry), the contempt petition stands closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report in accordance with law.
