3323 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) @ 302 of IPC, in Crime No.134 of 2016, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Principal District & Sessions Court, Thiruvarur, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m and also appearing before the trial during on all the hearing dates without fail.
