This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10:30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.2573 of 2025 dated 03.02.2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10:30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.2573 of 2025 dated 03.02.2025., is relaxed.
