ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The matter has a political flavour to it and it is best that politics is kept out of the Court. There may be some differences between two constitutional authorities and a sit-in protest was resorted to. The petitioner seeks an investigation into such matter. We do not find any element of public interest for an investigation to be conducted into a sit-in protest resorted to by a constitutional authority and a political leader.
