ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 28.05.2017 pertaining to tree patta.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given his representation as early as on 28.05.2017 for the issuance of tree patta, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far. 3.

Mr.Erapremnath, the learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

In view of the submissions made on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
