O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to dispose of the Interlocutory Application in I.A. No.885 of 2015 in O.S. No.777 of 2015 on the file of

the District Munsif Court, Alandur, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the respondents have filed the suit in O.S.No.777 of 2015 for permanent injunction before the District Munsif Court, Alandur. Thereafter, the revision petitioners have filed an I.A. 885 of 2015 in O.S. No.777 of 2015 for interim injunction on the suit property. In the aforesaid Interlocutory Application, after hearing both the parties, status-quo was ordered on 20.08.2015 and posted for filing counter affidavit filed by the respondents. Subsequently, counter affidavit has been filed, but the said Interlocutory Application has been adjourned from time to time without passing any order. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.

3. According to the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, there is no legal impediment in the said I.A. In the light of the provision under Order 39 Rule (1) (2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, this Court is inclined to direct the learned District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of the interlocutory application in I.A.No.885 of 2015 in O.S. No.777 of 2015 on or before 30.01.2018.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No Costs.
