O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction first respondent to action against the complaint given on 15.03.2019 against the accused and direct the second and third respondent not to harass the petitioner and take appropriate actions.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the second respondent is none other than father of the petitioner herein.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner does not want to follow religion of his father.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court directs the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the complaint lodged by the third respondent herein. It is also made clear that the second respondent ensure the petitioner's liberty from the hands of the third respondent herein.

6. with the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
