ORDER

This petition has been filed to pass an order of direction, directing the Principal Sessions Judge, Perambalur to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.661 of 2020 dated 27.01.2021 on condition to produce the original R.C.Book of the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-70-8777 of the petitioner to secure the ends of justice.

2. It seen that this Court, by the order dated 04.1.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17934 of 2020 by observing that the petitioner's vehicle was involved in another case in Crime No.642 of 2019 and R.C. Book was already produced before the Court below for the said case, directed the petitioner to file a memo to that effect Court before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur. Thereafter, the petitioner had filed the said order copy along with a memo before the Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, the Principal District and Sessions Judge by the order dated 27.01.2021 dismissed the said memo by recording that the petitioner has not filed any direction order of the High Court and he has filed only the status report of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17934 of 2020. Challenging the said order, the present petition has been filed.

In view of the same, this Court directs the Principal Sessions Judge to modify the condition No.(i) imposed in Crl.M.P.No.661 of 2020, by following the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17934 of 2020 dated 04.01.2021. The petitioner is permitted to file yet another copy of the order dated 04.01.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17934 of 2020 before the Court below along with a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
