ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondentPolice not to harass the petitioner, based on the complaint given by one Venkatesh.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. On a complaint given by one Venkatesh, petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
