Whereas, learned Additional Public Prosecutor is present and ready to argue the matter. Under the said circumstances, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed for default. Bail granted in favour of the appellant/accused is cancelled and the trial court is directed to take appropriate steps so as to arrest and immure the appellant in prison.
