Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records lelating to the impugned order passed by the third respondent dated 02.01.2018 in Ka.No.U.Mi.Po/0 & M/Ka.Ve.Pa/Ka.Vin/A224/2018 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to provide electricity service connection to the petitioner based on the petitioner's application dated 09.11.2016 forthwith. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records leading to the impugned order passed by the third respondent dated 02.01.2018 in Ka.No.U.Mi.Po/0 & M/Ka.Ve.Pa/Ka.Vin/A224/2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to provide electricity service connection to the petitioner based on the petitioner's application dated 09.11.2016 forthwith.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was given electricity service connection.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Board submitted that it will take some time to frame the guidelines, as per the order passed by this court dated 22.07.2021 and hence, compliance report has not been filed.

4. Inview of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
