(Heard through video conference) Earlier, when the matter was listed on 21.01.2021, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, this petition was adjourned to 01.02.2021. Again, it was listed on 09.02.2021, on that day also, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence the matter was adjourned to 16.02.2021, on that day also, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioners and the matter was posted "for dismissal" on 18.02.2021. On that day also, there was no representation. Hence for giving one more opportunity to the petitioners, matter was adjourned to 04.03.2021. Again when the matter was called, there was no representation, it was adjourned to 10.03.2021. On that day also, there was no representation and the matter was listed finally on 22.03.2021. Even today there was no representation for the petitioners.

2. In the above circumstances, in spite of several adjournments, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and the petitioners are not interested to prosecuting the case.
