ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 12.09.2022 passed in W.P.No.16684 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent/contemnor submitted that, pursuant to the order passed by this Court, dated 12.09.2022, notice dated 09.09.2025 has been issued and hence, the order under contempt has been complied with. She has also produced a copy of the same before this Court.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent/contemnor.
