This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the complaint against the petitioner in DVC No.10 of 2016 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottriyur.

2.The petitioner is the husband in D.V.C.No.10 of 2016. This petition has no merits for consideration. Since there are allegations as against this petitioner, all the points raised by the petitioner have to be established during the trial. 3.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. However, the petitioner is directed to file counter before the trial Court. The petitioner is at liberty to raise whatever the points raised before this Court. Considering that the case is of the year 2016, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
