This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.06.2016 and take appropriate action against the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 20.06.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and closed. 4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner, to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
