O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.210 of 2018 pending on the file of District Court, Thoothukudi and transfer the same to the Family Court, Chennai.

2. The petitioner is the wife. The respondent / husband filed a petition for divorce before District Court, Thoothukudi. The petitioner / wife is the resident of Chennai and employed at Chennai. She finds it difficult to travel from Chennai to Thoothukudi to attend the case.

3. On notice, the respondent appeared through counsel and has no serious objection for transferring the case from Thoothukudi to Chennai.

4. Considering the submissions, this Court is inclined to transfer the case from Thoothukudi to Chennai. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.210 of 2018 pending on the file of District Court, Thoothukudi is withdrawn and transferred to Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

5. With the above directions, the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
