ORDER

The Petitioner herein earlier moved W.P.No.25252 of 2021 and this Court by order dated 25.01.2022 had given a positive direction to the 1/4

Petitioner to appear before the Respondent Police on 07.02.2022 and produce the relevant court orders and documents with the further direction to the Respondent police to conduct enquiry and restore the common cart passage pathway to the Petitioner, if she is eligible. 2.Ms.S.Prabavathi, Inspector of Police, Pochampalli Police Station, Krishnagiri District, in person appeared before this Court and filed a status report. It is seen that the subject land has geological stream and the land could not be used as pathway for vehicle driving or walkway. Based on the revenue records, the Land Surveyor and the Village Administrative Officer also confirm the same. Hence, the direction issued by this Court has been complied with.

3.Learned counsel for the Petitioner produced photographs to show that after the case was filed, the police and the revenue officials had visited the place to clear the pathway and at that time, around 50 person, came and objected for the same. He further submitted that already the Petitioner had obtained an order in her favour in I.A.No.300 of 2017 before the District Munsif Court, Krishnagiri and she could establish her rights before the civil Court.

4.Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the Petitioner shall workout his remedy before the civil Court, this Contempt Petition is closed.
