Road, Chengalpattu Town, Kancheepuram District and situate in T.S.Nos.440/6A, 440/6B, 441/11B and 441/10B2 in violation of the building plan approval and take appropriate legal action for violation of the building plan approval.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent has carried out an unauthorised construction at Door No.105/1, Timmarajakulam, G.S.T. Road, Chengalpattu Town, Kancheepuram District situated in T.S.Nos.440/6A, 440/6B, 441/11B and 441/10B2.

2. The respondents have not filed the counter-affidavit. None appears for the respondents.

3. We thus direct that an inspection be carried out of the premises of the second respondent within fifteen days of the receipt of the copy of this order by the first respondent and if https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

any unauthorised construction is found, action in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned be taken within a period of two months thereafter.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed. Till the process is complete, the interim order granted on 11.06.2015 would continue to operate.
