ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to alter the classification of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition in the revenue records as "public pathway" instead of "Odai".
2. The petitioner had given a representation along with supporting documents on 27.01.2026 to the respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Siddharth, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting document produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 27.01.2026 seeking to alter the classification of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition as a "public pathway" instead of "Odai", within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
