M/S. Cholamandalam Investment v. Mr. Alex Midhin Tom

1. This is an application filed by Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited. By virtue of this application, a prayer is made to raise attachment order dated 10.06.2016, passed by this Court in A.No.6821 of 2015.

2. Mr.D.Pradeep Kumar, who appears for the applicant says that this prayer is made, as the applicant has entered into a settlement with the respondent.

3. Accordingly, as prayed, the order dated 10.06.2016 is raised i.e., set aside.

4. The order passed today shall be communicated to the District Court, Kottayam, Kerala as also the concerned Sub Registrar.
