This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the Fair and Decreetal Order dated 22.12.2015 made in I.A.No.673 of 2015 in O.S.No.1556 of 2008 on the file of the Additional District Munsif No.II,

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner filed a Memo dated 16.02.2022, along with a Page No.2 of 5

letter sent by his client dated 01.02.2022 stating not to prosecute the case further and sought permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. 3.The said Memo dated 16.02.2022 submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner has been taken on record.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected CM.P.No.8778 of 2016 is also dismissed.
