ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to take 50% of the part time service rendered by the petitioner i.e., from 17.10.1988 to 05.11.1996 along with the regular service for the purpose of retirement benefits and pension benefits.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that so far no representation has been received from the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the representation, in the light of the Judgement passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.2907 to 2910 of 2019 batch etc., dated 29.08.2023, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
