This application is filed for extending the time / ratifying for payment of the interim arrears of Rs.3,50,000/-, which has been paid into the Court via e-challan on 23.01.2025 since the respondent had refused to receive the said sum as there is a delay of a few days. That apart, the amounts due for the month of November and December 2024 had been paid and the petitioner undertakes to pay the amounts for January, February and March 2025 by 05.04.2025. 2.Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
