The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records culminated in issuing Government Letter No.13526/G2/2012-13 dated 07.11.2012 on the file of first respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner from the date of her initial date of appointment with all consequential service and monetary benefits within a time limit.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the claim sought by the petitioner has been considered by the respondents. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. Page No.2 of 5

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned petitioner's counsel, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
