The learned counsel for the petitioner has sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Habeas Corpus Petition to seek the relief, if any, before the appropriate Court. She has also made an endorsement to that effect. The endorsement made by the learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner reads as follows:
