17282 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No. 16369 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) for the respondent/State submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court monthly once at 10.30 a.m. till completion of trial and apart from the Court hearing dates, except for unforseen circumstances.
