ORDER

This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.10827 of 2017, dated 06.07.2022, was not complied with.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent produced the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 8.6.2023. It is seen that the amount has been paid to the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is some dispute with regard to the amount that is settled in favour of the petitioner and this issue cannot be gone into in this contempt petition. It is left open to the petitioner to agitate his grievance independently in the manner known to law.
