The petitioner is running a Gas Agency. As there was a threat from the respondent no.4 to remove the said Agency being run by the petitioner on the ground of alleged traffic congestion and safety, a representation was given by the petitioner on 31.12.2013 basing reliance on the report of the respondent no.3 dated 06.09.2012 and the order passed by the respondent no.2 dated 13.08.2013. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent no.4 to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after considering the relevant materials including the communication of the respondent nos.2 & 3.
