O R D E R

This petition is to quash the FIR for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 420 & 307 IPC.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the entire case is false in nature and the petitioner has been falsely implicated. 3.The points raised by the petitioner are factual in nature and it has to be investigated by the respondent police. Hence, this quash petition cannot be entertained on the said points and is liable to be dismissed. 4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 5.The 1st respondent police shall conduct investigation in a fair manner and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
