PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. We are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner agreed to argue the appeal, since the petitioner is in incarceration for more than eight years. Hence, the Registry is directed to get the papers ready and list the matter on 18/06/2019.
