For Petitioner : Mr.Y. Kaja Navas
ORDER
The above Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order of stay granted by the learned Rent Controller Appellate Authority (Small Causes Court, Chennai) in RCA No.100 of 2019.
2. The respondent / landlord is the revision petitioner herein, who is challenging the order of stay that has been granted. It is needless to state that
unless the stay is granted, the entire appeal would become infructuous. Therefore, I do not find any merits in the revision filed by the Civil Revision Petitioner. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
3. Considering the fact that the RCOP is of the year 2017 and eviction on the ground of the Owners occupation of the commercial space is sought for, the appellate authority is directed to dispose of the appeal, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 22.03.2019 Internet: Yes/No Index: Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking order vsi2
