sms 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.2224 of 2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised.
