Heard Mr.Hari Radhakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Ravi, learned Senior Panel Counsel for the respondent. With the consent on either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to furnish copies of the documents mentioned in the letter dated 14.03.2017. 3.When the writ petition came up for hearing on 06.07.2017, this Court directed the learned Senior Standing Counsel to ascertain from the Additional Commissioner as to what is their stand on the petitioner's representation, wherein he has requested the copies of certain documents. Today, when the matter is heard, Mr.K.Ravi, learned Senior Panel Counsel on instructions, submits that the respondent is willing to furnish copies of the documents at the cost of the petitioner, provided https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

an application is made in that regard and the same will be considered and copies will be given at the earliest. 4.In the light of the stand taken by the respondent, there will be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with a copy of this order to the respondent and on receipt of the same, the respondent shall consider and grant photostat copies of the documents sought for on cost being remitted by the petitioner.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
