Comp.A.No.192 of 2023 in C.P.No.115 of 2004 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed to condone the delay of 3136 days in filing the claim (Form-66) before the respondent in C.P.No.115 of 2004.

2.Learned Official Liquidator submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3.In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

4.Accordingly, this Application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
