These applications have been filed to amend the Survey number in the description of the schedule of the property as TS.No.1 instead of T.S.No.30 in C.R.P.Nos.2593 & 2594 of 2017 in the order dated 01.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a clerical error and the survey number has been wrongly mentioned.

3.Both the parties have no objection for carrying out the amendment.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, these petitions are ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petitions and order copy in C.R.P.Nos.2593 & 2594 of 2017 order dated 01.12.2022 and issue fresh order copy.
