It is brought to the notice of this Court on behalf of the Respondents that the Orders of this Court passed in Crl.R.C.No.619 of 2016 dated 20.04.2016 was made known to the Respondents only on the afternoon on 21.04.2016 and immediately the seals were removed by 4.00 p.m. on 21.04.2016.

It transpires that the 1st Respondent had passed final fresh speaking orders for sealing poultry mentioning the omission of the guidelines to be followed under Section 133(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., on 21.11.2016. By virtue of the said order, the Tahsildar, Arcot (2nd Respondent in Crl.Revision Case No. 619 of 2016) had locked and sealed the poultries on 28.11.2016 by 10.45 a.m. Therefore, this Court closes the Contempt Petition. No costs.
