] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 319 days in preferring the Criminal Appeal against the judgment and conviction dated 28.02.2023 in S.C.No.19 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Tiruppur.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
