The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section Man and boys missing, in Crime No.503 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that though a complaint was received, after enquiry all further actions were dropped as against the petitioner and enquiry itself was closed.
