ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal orders made in I.A.No.736 of 2015 in I.D.O.P.No.105 of 2014 dated 15.03.2016 on the file of the Principal District Judge Court, Kancheepuram at Chengalpattu.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection in allowing the above Page No.1 of 5

Civil Revision Petition and he has also filed a Memo to that effect on 12.01.2022. The said Memo reads as follows:

"The respondent submits that the respondent has NO OBJECTION in allowing the above C.R.P.

The Respondent submits that this Hon'ble court may observe that the respondent is even ready to withdraw the I.D.O.P.No.105 of 2014 pending before the District Court of Chengalpattu which was filed by the Respondent."

3. The said Memo dated 12.01.2022 filed by the learned counsel for the respondent is recorded.

4. Considering the aforesaid Memo filed by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the order passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram District in I.A.No.736 of 2015 in I.D.O.P.No.105 of 2014 dated 15.03.2016 is hereby set aside. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.8837 of 2016 is closed.
