(2) to grant an order of injunction restraining the respondents 1 to 3 from considering the 4th respondent for any further promotion pending this proceeding the circumstances of the case(in WMP No.12814 of 2017) (3)to direct the respondents to produce the status report of the further action taken against the 4th respondent by the respondents
the circumstances of the case (in WMP No.12815 of 2017)pending disposal of WP.11914/2017 Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.DHANARAM, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of MR.K.DHANANJAYAN on behalf of the 1ST & 2ND Respondents and of MR.K.MAGESH, for R3 and of MR.R.THIYAGA RAJAN, Senior Counsel for MR.T.RANGANATHAN FOR R4 the court made the following order:- The reliefs sought for in these miscellaneous petitions are (i) to grant an order of injunction restraining the 4th respondent from in any manner dealing or interfering with the personnel files of all the staffs including himself of the respondent Corporation pending disposal of writ petition. (ii) to grant an order of injunction restraining the respondents 1 to 3 from considering the 4th respondent for any further promotion pending this proceeding the circumstances of the case pending disposal of writ petition.
(iii) to direct the respondents to produce the status report of the further action taken against the 4th respondent by the respondents the circumstances of the case pending disposal of writ petition.
2. This Court is of the opinion that the main relief sought for in this writ petition is questioning the very legality of the appointment order issued in favour of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.522/90/E9 dated 07.06.1991, by the third respondent. Thus, it may not be appropriate at this stage to consider all these miscellaneous petitions and all these issues raised in these miscellaneous petitions as well as the main writ petition shall be considered at the time of taking up the main writ petition for final disposal.
3. With this observation, all the miscellaneous petitions are dismissed
