TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The suit in S.A.No.146/2010 pending on the file of the Hon'ble High Court, Madras, has been referred to Lok Adalat for conciliation today.
Counsel for the respondent Mr.K. Vaidyanathan, made an endorsement on the plaint as follows ;
" The matter has been settled out of court. Hence this Second Appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn." In view of the endorsement the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Award is passed accordingly. No order as to cost. This Lok Adalat award is passed in terms of the above settlement.
The full Court fee paid shall be refunded to the counsel for the appellant Tr. K. Vaidyanathan in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
