O R D E R

Challenging the order dated 27.11.2014 passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.1624/2013/Vu.Ni.3, by which the Cheque signing power of the petitioner was kept in abeyance, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The only submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been heard before passing the impugned order.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that enquiry has revealed that the petitioner has issued cheques unauthorisedly and illegally by manipulating the records, that too, without any work having been done for the local body.

4. A perusal of the order impugned would show that it is only temporary in nature. It merely states that the said order would be in force till appropriate orders are passed. It appears that no further action has been taken thereafter. Thus, the 1st respondent is hereby directed to pass appropriate final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
