O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the third respondent to disburse the approved loan amount of Rs.4,00,000/- to the petitioner.

2.The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the 4th respondent sanctioned the loan in proceedings dated 15.09.2015 and the said loan has not been disbursed by the Bank. Thus, the petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition. 3.The loan was sanctioned in the year 2015 and already six years lapsed. Under these circumstances, the relief as such sought for to direct the third respondent to disburse the loan amount cannot be considered and if any grievance exists as of now, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority for redressal of the same.

4.With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
