When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case with liberty to approach the *concerned Police station. The permission sought for by the petitioner is granted. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
