This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order issued by this Court on 24.06.2015 in Crl.OP.No.15430 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was called, Mr.S.Balakrishnan, Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Namakkal District, is present.

4. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police has conducted enquiry in C.No.1846 of 2015 and the same was closed on 23.12.2015. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.

Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
