Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the fourth respondent Z.O.IX/R.D.C.No.Assr/SPL/2012-13 dated 06.02.2013 and to quash the notice dated 06.02.2013 and consequently directing the respondents herein to pass final assessment orders for the property tax for petitioners property at New No.244/5 Old No.270/5 Lloyds Road, Royapettah, Chennai in G.R.S. No.Z095/00816 bill no.06/095/0472/005.

total amount of Rs.14,75,783/- has been paid by the petitioner towards entire property tax, the petition may be closed. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed. No costs.
