This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to register the complaint dated 21.02.2019 in C.S.R.No.305 of 2019.

2. It is seen that already the respondent police have given C.S.R.No. 305 of 2019 and complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 21.02.2019. Since the case is not been registered, the petitioner filed the present petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondents.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, the first respondent is hereby directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 21.02.2019 in C.S.R.No.305 of 2019 and pass order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
